The HOA has established this site to provide an opportunity to share and exchange information with our current homeowners and to assist future buyers with learning about our community. The Homeowners association is dedicated to maintaining Riverbend as a premiere subdivision in Northwest Ohio, one that we can be proud to call home.
Riverbend is a planned community of luxury single family homes and villas, located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Five beautiful ponds flow throughout the community, offering serene water views. We are located in Anthony Wayne local school district, which is highly ranked by the Ohio Board of Education.
